RISE Remote Support – Your digital expert
RISE Remote Support is an out-of-the-box remote support solution that provides simple and effective remote assistance to service personnel and customers for technical issues. The application enables you to map your entire support process from the moment the problem occurs to the moment the solution is stored in the knowledge base. Structured, unambiguous and comprehensible for all those involved at all times. Whether you use desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones or smart glasses – the app runs on all your devices.
Using RISE Remote Support correctly

You are a new user and still have some questions about the correct implementation? In order to make the start and further work with the application as easy as possible for you, this manual gives you a helpful overview of the individual functions as well as informative instructions. Whether you are logging in or creating a new case – we will guide you through the entire user interface and explain the correct usage step by step.

Now select your used terminal or start with the whole tour by clicking on the „Start“ button. During the tour, you can search for your request directly in the side navigation or also use the main navigation at the top.
