Search archive

The archive in the application serves as a knowledge base. You can find here the summary of completed cases, which will help you to find solutions to problems.

open the archive

To open the entire archive, simply click on the „Archive“ tab in the top navigation bar.

To find a specific case in the archive, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen. If you enter a search term, all cases whose case title matches your search term will be displayed.

Use filters

Use filters correctly

In addition to the free text search, you can also search for the cases using the set filters. For this purpose, you will find some filters in the right column, which you can use for your search. For example, you can select machine types, the serial number, a customer or the location here. If you select a machine type, all related cases will be displayed. You can also combine several filters.

Translate archived case

Translate summary of a case

You can translate the summary of an archived case into different languages. Simply click on the language icon in the upper right corner and select one of the languages. The entered problem as well as solution description will then be translated automatically.

Reopen archived case

Edit archived case again

If you want to make subsequent changes to a case, you can simply reopen an archived case. However, this is only possible if you have archived the case yourself. To do this, simply click on „Reopen case“. The case will then move from the archive back to the open cases.
